These terms govern your use of rentalmv, a rental marketplace operated in the Republic of Maldives. By creating an account or making a booking you accept them.

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Business accounts may be asked for company documentation before Pay Later terms are granted.

A booking request is an offer. It becomes a contract when the owner confirms it. The price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies, including GST at the prevailing rate.

rentalmv acts as an intermediary between owners and renters. The rental contract for the item itself is between you and the owner.

A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due on delivery unless agreed otherwise. A refundable security deposit is held against damage.

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date. Later cancellations may incur a charge at the owner's discretion.

rentalmv is not liable for loss arising from an owner's failure to supply, beyond the amounts you have paid through the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
