3Pick up & enjoy
Collect it yourself or have it delivered to site. Track everything from your account.
What the price includes
Every quote shows the rental rate, the optional operator, delivery, damage insurance and the platform service fee, with 8% GST applied on top. There are no fees added later.
A refundable security deposit is held separately against damage. It is not subject to GST and is returned once the machine is back and checked.
Paying for your rental
A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due on delivery. Business accounts can apply for Pay Later terms.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date. After that, contact support and we’ll work it out with the owner.
