What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, and business name where given), booking records, delivery addresses, and messages you send through the platform.
2. Why we collect it
To operate your bookings, issue tax invoices, arrange delivery, provide support, and meet our legal obligations under Maldivian tax law.
3. Who we share it with
Owners receive the contact and delivery details needed to fulfil your booking. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Contact support to do so.
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Sessions use signed tokens transmitted over HTTPS in production.
